Return policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please return unused items in original product packaging. See below for additional return requirements.

Artwork

We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of receipt. You can return your product for store credit or a different product of same value. To initiate a return or exchange on your artwork, please complete the following steps:

• Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
• Download the Return Form, which includes the reason for the return and if you want store credit or a different product.
• Package the artwork in the original packing material and box that was shipped to you.
• Ship via FedEx to the return address on the original shipping label. You will be responsible for shipping fees.

It typically takes 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned artwork, to provide you with the store credit or to ship the replacement product. We will send you an email when either has been completed.

Digital Proofs

As digital proofs are custom-made specifically for you, they are non-refundable. However if you are not satisfied with the proof, please contact us.

Frames

We offer a refund on frames within 30 days of receipt. The amount paid for your item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange on your frame, please complete the following steps:

• Package the frame in the original packing material and box that was shipped to you.
• Ship via FedEx to the return address on the original shipping label.

It typically takes 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned frame, to provide you with the full refund.
